Most residential appraisals are delivered within 5–7 business days from the inspection. Complex properties, estate retrospectives, or litigation-ready reports may take a few days longer. We confirm a firm delivery date during the initial call.
Tax appeal appraisals are a flat fee — typically a small fraction of the tax savings over the remaining assessment period. If your assessment is meaningfully off, the appraisal often pays for itself many times over. We’ll give you a straight answer on whether an appeal is worth pursuing.
